Healthy Cooking Class in Boston is a 3-hour fun team-building activity led by an expert instructor. Easy booking. Hosted at our studio. Eating healthy doesn’t mean sacrificing flavor! You’ll work together to prepare a nutrient-packed main dish and side, learning to incorporate fresh, healthy ingredients into everyday cooking. This class isn’t just about cooking—it’s about mindful eating and discovering how healthy food can be both delicious and satisfying. Arrival & Welcome (15 min) Guests check in and are greeted by the host. Introduction to the experience, kitchen safety guidelines, and team assignments. Overview of the menu and cooking stations. Hands-On Healthy Cooking (2 Hours) Step 1: Farro Salad Preparation – Teams prepare an ancient grain farro salad with fresh tomatoes, herbs, and a light dressing. Step 2: Zoodle (Zucchini Noodle) Making – Guests learn how to spiralize zucchini into fresh, gluten-free noodles. Step 3: Avocado Pesto Sauce – Participants create a creamy, nutritious pesto sauce using fresh avocado and herbs. Step 4: Sautéed Shrimp – Teams cook shrimp to perfection, adding flavor and protein to the dish. Step 5: Final Plating & Presentation – Teams assemble their dishes, ensuring balance in taste, texture, and aesthetics. The chef provides expert guidance and tips throughout the process. Dinner & Team Discussion (1 Hour) Guests sit down to enjoy the meal they’ve prepared together. Light conversation, reflections on mindful eating, and the benefits of healthy cooking. Optional food-themed trivia or group discussion on cooking habits and nutrition. Wrap-Up & Farewell (15 min) Photos, final reflections, and sharing of favorite moments. Guests receive recipe cards to recreate the dishes at home. The host thanks everyone and provides details on future experiences.
