Join Michelle Minori, the finalist of Top Chef, and transform your place into a pasta workshop! Your group will team up to create authentic pasta from the ground up. Whether it s for team-building or a private party, this hands-on experience guarantees fun and tasty results. We supply all the ingredients; your group brings the energy. You will make pasta and take it home to cook. Your group will mix their dough and shape 3 types of pasta. They will put the pasta in a to-go box. They will also get a little jar of sauce and a leaflet with simple cooking instructions. This is when the class will end. Everyone will take their pasta to enjoy at home and share with their loved ones. Hand sink Table space for rolling the pasta for the guests and the instructor: ideally, 8 L X 30 W X 36 H high Wooden cutting boards, if available, for shaping the pasta. We can shape pasta on a thoroughly cleaned table if you don t have boards.
